I paid, but my colors are locked
Paying through Apple can take up to a minute to reach us. If the app says it is still unlocking your colors, keep it open and tap "Try again".
On a new iPhone, or after deleting the app: sign in with the same Apple Account you paid with, open the app and tap "Restore purchase" at the top of the first screen. It is also on the page with the price and at the foot of your result. You do not pay again.
Still locked? Write to us and tell us roughly when you paid.
Refunds
Apple handles payments and refunds for the app. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
The result does not feel like me
Light changes how a photo shows your coloring. Take a new photo facing a window in daylight, without makeup, and choose "Redo my analysis" in your result. Retakes are free.
Making the text bigger
The app follows the text size you set on your iPhone. To change it, open Settings, then Display & Brightness, then Text Size, and drag the slider. For even larger text, open Settings, then Accessibility, then Display & Text Size, then Larger Text.
The questions at the start grow up to the largest size before the accessibility sizes, so that each question fits on one screen. Your result grows further. See Accessibility.
The camera does not open
Open Settings, then Back in Color, and allow Camera. You can also choose a photo from your library instead, or skip the photo and answer questions instead.
Starting over
"Forget this device", in your result, clears your name, your answers and your saved result from this iPhone. If you have paid, your purchase stays unlocked.
